Eucharist to give thanks for Bishop Anne’s ministry as Bishop of Aston (Ticket only)

This will be a special eucharist at which Bishop Anne will preach and preside. It will be an opportunity to join Bishop Michael and other colleagues in also praying for Bishop Anne as she prepares to take up her new role in October as Principal of the Queen’s Foundation, Birmingham.

Although Bishop Anne remains a bishop in her new role, and will be offering episcopal ministry in the West Midlands more broadly, she will be laying down the role of Bishop of Aston in which she has served for almost 9 years as one of the first female bishops in the Church of England.

Due to the level of interest in this service, it will now be fully ticketed. The service will be live-streamed. Everyone is welcome to join the service online.
